Account Manager – Channel Sales

  • We are looking for aggressive Business Development Manager’s / Account Manager’s with at least 3+ years of experience in both Contingent and Permanent IT Staffing.
  • We are looking for Account managers NOT for cold calling but Account managers who have proven track record of growing business with existing clients. In other words we are looking for pure farmers and not hunters. Any referral business that you can get will be a plus.
  • Must have past experience working with System Integrators or Tier 1 vendors.
  • Ability to manager recruiters and get the most out of them.
  • Ability to understand requirements and ask questions that would help identify the right consultants. Ability to qualify consultants by evaluating them and making sure that all due diligence has been done prior to sharing the profiles with client.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment process, Visa norms.
  • Must be result oriented and should be able to demonstrate his/her achievements in their earlier assignments.
  • Must possess good Communication Skills both written and verbal.
