The SystemGuru PuMPeD program is envisaged to keep all of us pumped up to perform at our best at all times. Each Guru is assigned a KulGuru and the two will together go through the  PuMPeD process, which will review

  • Work plan for the next period
  • Strengths and improvement areas
  • Career objectives
  • Development needs
  • Compensation Review

 
Gurus are encouraged to informally discuss the above with their KulGurus as often as they feel the need. Factors that count ….

Client and peer feedback are key factors in the review.
The PuMPeD review feeds into the compensation plan of the Guru.
