Health Insurance: SystemGuru offers a high end health insurance program in collaboration with United Health. This includes a basic and a premium (low out of pocket) health insurance plan and voluntary participation in Vision and Dental insurance. The United Choice Plus network is the largest in the US, and our Open Access plan does not require any referrals to see any type of doctor or facility.

Vacations: Depending on your compensation plan and length of services with the company, you earn from 10 to 20 days of paid vacation per year . In addition, we offer paid sick days off. SystemGuru believes in mixing work and pleasure and therefore encourages all Gurus to use their vacation every year - it not only enables us to spend quality time with loved ones (or oneself) but also regenerates energy to help perform better. However, for those rare workaholics, vacation can be accumulated up to 20 days and also encashed.

401K / Retirement Planning: We encourage you to participate in the company's  401K plan to help you plan your retirement investments. Upon meeting eligibility criteria you can avail of the Company match as well as tax deferred savings the plan offers.

Disability Insurance: If we are unable to continue working, SystemGuru offers nationwide Short Term Disability insurance, as well as Long Term Disability insurance, to give you and your family peace of mind and financial stability.
