Some Definitions

Gurukul: [ School / University / Place of learning ]

KulGuru: [ Chancellor ]

No one became a Guru without having one's own Guru. The aim of the Gurukul program is to facilitate interaction and communication between us and to foster a better working environment through relationships.

Each Guru is assigned a KulGuru who will be responsible for counseling and managing

• Career and development
• Compensation and Benefits
• Vacations
• Immigration and Relocation
• Employee Referrals
• Personal and professional issues
• Administrative tasks

Gurus are expected to develop leadership skills and be KulGurus to others as they grow in the organization.
